Sales and Service Flyers created for IBS Copiers, based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
IBS Copiers is a Service & Sales provider of Sharp, Toshiba, Kyocera and other great brands. With over 16 years experience, their professional team offers on-site sales, repair service, and support for office equipment in the greater Las Vegas area. IBS Copiers service spans the entire document life cycle, they have helped hundreds of small and large businesses maintain an uninterrupted work flow with quality copier service and repair at half the cost.
IBS Copiers strives to provide our customers with more than just a copier, they provide low cost solutions for copiers, faxes and printers. Highly trained staff technicians are dedicated to earning and keeping customers satisfied by the quality products and services IBS Copiers provides.
Somebody was approached by IBS Copiers to create both a Sales and Service Flyer for both divisions of its business. Both flyers were to be branded together, having a similar “feel” or “identity”. Both flyers had to appeal to both company divisions and ensure the customer knows exactly WHAT IBS Copiers is selling / servicing. The original “concern” was IBS just used IBS as its identifying name on their previous collateral materials. IBS stands for Innovative Business Solutions. We suggested ADDING “Copiers” to both flyers in a larger font size, so the end user could identify WHAT IBS does as a business. We also wanted to use pictures of copiers they service and the client agreed with this suggestion. In both flyers we created an identifying slogan. For the Sales Flyer we played on IBS’s name and suggested “Innovative Solutions for Your Business”, which used ALL of IBS’s names in its company. And for the Service Flyer we focused on just that … THEIR SERVICE. The slogan we created was “Service Every Business Should Copy”. We wanted to place emphasis on “Service” and “Copy”, so both of those words were BOLDED. The client liked the cleverness of the word “Copy”, since this is their main source of income. The keywords used in the flyers were COPY and COPIER. The call-to-action in BOTH flyers was to CALL TODAY and CALL US TODAY. The main goal or focus of these flyers is to generate phone leads. The elements were carefully chosen to represent success in business. The Sales Flyer was represented by a sales team which works together and has fun (smiling business man). The Service Flyer was represented by a handshake in front of a copier of two business people. To keep the flyers consistent colors match on both flyers and the most identifiable element is the rounded squares, which are more prominent in the Sales Flyer. The main FONT chosen is Lauren Thompson’s “Champagne & Limousines”. This is a sweet little geometric sans-serif font that does not adhere to old rules. It is what we would call a “modern, yet clean and sophisticated” font.
Adobe Photoshop was the primary design tool used.
The Sales and Service Flyers are currently in circulation in the Las Vegas metro area. Currently, they are being distributed to IBS Copiers existing client base (Service Flyer) and potential new clients (Sales Flyer). The results of the flyers will be evaluated within the next 90 days and repeated before 180 days. The flyers will be distributed and redistributed throughout those time frames. The primary distribution channels of the flyers will be by postal mailings, B2B hand delivery and Craigslist.
