Access Las Vegas is a local 12 page newsletter publication Somebody has produced and published since June 2007. The newsletter is specifically developed for owner / owner developers in the multihousing industry (apartments). Access Las Vegas aims to please its reader with a publication filled with local and national articles, Las Vegas market occupancy trends and apartment offerings and sales.
Somebody has revamped the design of Access Las Vegas on three separate occasions, this time opting for a more dramatic version with bleeds and a more "squared off" / cleaner look. In the past the newsletter had a definite "newsletter" appearance to it. In order to ensure the look and feel of Access Las Vegas was consistent with the branding of its owner, Advanced Management Group, Somebody opted to move to straighter lines in this newer version of the newsletter. Access Las Vegas was intended to have a "soft" feel with great photos and graphics to define each (or most) articles. It was never intended to be cluttered with a lot of text boxes and other "junk" which make newsletters overwhelmingly frustrating to read, as the clutter gets in the way of the content. All of the designs have accomplished this "softness".
All articles are industry related and come from multiple sources like the National Apartment Association (NAA) and Multi-Housing News, to name a few. There are several specialized sections, like:
- Future Focus, Local Effects, Management Minute, National News, Occupancy Corner, Technology Talk ... and much more!
Access Las Vegas was produced 6 times a year. Since 2012, the frequency dropped to once a quarter. The newsletter is distributed to over 600 property owners throughout the United States.
